Logistics&Buyer – 1 person (物流及采购专员)

1) Responsibilities职位责任:

Logistics:

a. 处理进出口相关事宜Handling import-export activity:

· 进口管理包括制作单证、及时申报清关、审核关税、清关等费用办理支付手续，及时跟踪报关单

Import activity: Prepare documents (e.g. B/L, P/L, Invoice) and necessary information

(PO, price, terms) for goods import to ensure all are compliance with customs requirement.

To work with agent for import declaration, check Duty、 VAT and other customs declaration cost, then apply for payment, follow up the customs declaration sheet.

· 货物出口管理：及时订舱、安排出运、出口申报、跟踪报关单和核销单、货物跟进

Export activity: Booking vessel, arrange transportation as per requirement, select the proper way, contact forwarder.
To timely and accurately provide export customs declaration documents and customer required documents. Follow up and track all shipments to meet customer demands.

b. 负责海关手册及保税业务：手册的办理、增补、核销、单耗申报、结转

To manage customs logbook processing, including application, update system, add, transfer, closure and unit consumption declaration.

Purchasing:采购工作：

a. Collect market information, find suitable suppliers 收集市场信息，寻找符合公司要求的供应商资源

b. Assist to reduce purchase cost努力协助降低采购成本

c. Follow up purchase orders to expedite delivery and shipment跟踪订单的执行包括产品交货和发运等

d. Push suppliers for continuous improvement 维护与关键供应商的合作关系, 促进供应商持续进步与提高

e. Other works arranged by his supervisor接受上级安排的其它工作安排

2) 任职要求

Job requirement：

1. 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流、管理类相关专业；

College degree or above, major in trading, logistics or management

2. 1年以上外企进出口实际操作工作经验；

At least one year experience in foreign company for import &export issues

3. 能熟练应用OFFICE办公软件；

Skilled in Office software

4. 良好的沟通及团队合作能力，抗压力强；

Good communication and team cooperation, can work under pressure.

5. 熟悉海关、商检和进出口的相关政策及流程；

Familiar with all procedure of customs and CIQ works for both import and export.

6. 熟悉常用证照申领：如I/E及其他海关编码要求的证书

Apply the I/E license and any other certificate according to the HS code of materials

7. 熟悉电子口岸及通关手续

Be familiar with Electron port system and commodity inspection

8. 能从事国内采购

9. 英语熟练 Fluent English
