1， Has several years of experience and good understanding of gear cutting technologies.

2， Has understanding of the gear quality requirements and is able to fix basic quality issues in gearwheel production

熟悉齿轮加工各品质要求，能解决关于齿轮生产的基本质量问题

3， Can understand the gearwheel drawings and is able to select the correct process and working methods based on these.

熟悉齿轮机加工图纸及工艺，能够根据工件图纸要求选择正确的加工工艺及方式

4， Knows how to optimize the cutting values for hobbing and gear grinding

能够根据机加工需要优化滚齿及磨齿工艺参数

5， Good coordination / organizing /management skills

良好的协调组织能力，良好的车间人员管理经验

6, University degree in mechanics field (Bachelor)

机械加工与制造祥光专业，本科学历

7, Capability to understand and produce written English

具备一定的英语沟通能力，至少是书面英语读写能力

- Experience in setup equipment / fixture design is appreciated

机加设备安装/工装设计经验

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing ideology is appreciated
