Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance of equipment, improving production equipment, establishing spare parts storage and directing maintenance technician to trouble shoot of equipment.

Key Responsibility:

·Guide the maintenance team to be efficient, professional and well trained team that contributes to the overall improvement of the factory

·Ensure all equipment and facility uptime; keep all equipment and facility in an efficient condition.

·Major KPI’s are production productivity, overall downtime percent, planned versus unplanned downtime, department budget control, electricity usage and safety initiatives

·Responsible for the working out operation instruction, PM instruction and daily check list for equipment.

·Set up preventive maintenance plan, and supervise PM implementation.

·Improve factory safety by controlling fire and chemical safety issues

·Supervise the implementation of daily check list.

·Establish and manage equipment spare parts storage.

·Pursues continuous improvement by development, implementing and supporting solutions/strategies to increase productivity, maintain equipment uptime and improve the operation.

·Participate in the introduction of new equipment, and take charge of equipment installation and commission.

·Participates in and supports the Company’s Six Sigma initiatives.

·Responsible for writing relevant quality document as department QS coordinator.

·File equipment technical document.

·Train new operator about equipment operation and daily maintenance.

·Ensure the improvement actions on time close from equipment audit.

·Issue purchase requisition for spare parts, maintenance tools and material.

Job Requirements:

Education:

College majored in mechanical

Personal Characteristics:

Strong sense of urgency. Meet deadlines. Be able to work flexible hours. Strong analytical and On job skills. Team approach to problem solving.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3~5 years experience in equipment maintenance and management, working in a multinational company is preferred.

Skills:

Computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office required
Knowledge of bearing products (preferred)
English skills (reading and speaking) Minimum CET-4
