职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop materials according to customer or market requirement. Minimize product cost and maximize manufacturability.
2. Manage material development project. Work with Sales & Marketing to clarify customer specification, expected selling price and BOM%.
3. Coordinate with customer QA officer as required to obtain required product approval.
4. Conduct research on new material and new manufacturing methodology to improve product performance and productivity.
5. Review existing formula design and manufacturing process as required, to ensure cost effectiveness and improve manufacturability.
6. Manage the group materials, and define a standard for the materials.
7. Deal with external supplier and out-sourced laboratory for material development, material analysis, project co-development
8. Provide technical training to internal staff or customers as required, to promote new product/technology.
Requirements:
1. University degree holder, Chemistry/Chemical engineering preferred
2. 1~3 years relevant experience in compound development
3. Work hard, highly motivated, good communication and coordination, good ability to solve practical problems on site and project management experience.
4. CET-4 or above
