职位描述
1.providing high quality customer service & daily operations service to account;
2.well coordinating between customers' service requests and Carriers' standard service guideline;
3.well coordinating daily operations process, i.e. Booking shipping line, Trucking arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process,etc;
4.well filing all concerning document: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices,B/L, Export documents,etc;
5.well doing daily performance list for management review
6.well English communicating with overseas offices and agents
