Job description:
? Finds new potential suppliers capable of producing parts to Swoboda quality and cost objectives
寻找新的具有生产符合Swoboda 质量和成本目标的供应商
? Participates in the supplier selection process in cooperation with the cross-functional team. 与各职能部门共同完成供应商的筛选
? Creates and distributes inquiries to potential suppliers.Verifies supplier quotes with regards to the technical aspect in cooperation with the cross-functional team 向潜在供应商询价，并与相应职能部门共同对价格进行评定
? Negotiates supplier pricing to meet Swoboda objectives
协商供应商价格，使其满足Swoboda目标
? Negotiates purchase order terms and conditions
协商购买订单的条款和条件
? Pre-negotiation of supplier contracts and quality agreements
预备谈判阶段的供应商合同和质量协议
? Places orders,Controls delivery dates, prices, and conditions.
完成下单，控制交期，价格等
? other job assigned by purchasing manager. 主管交办其它工作

Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years in comparable position in a FOE purchasing experiences, Automotive experience is not a must but would be beneficial
至少有5年外资公司采购的经验，有汽车行业背景优先
? English language at a working language level is a must (written and spoken).
良好的英语能力（读写及写作）
? Deep negotiation and analytical skills;
极好的谈判技巧和分析能力
? ERP system experience, SAP preferred
具有ERP系统经验，有 SAP经验更佳
? Good teamwork spirit
