一、岗位职责

（一）概述

Summary

协助销售总监完成销售部门日常事务工作。

Assist sales director to complete the daily work of the sales department.

（二）工作职责

Job Responsibilities

1、在销售总监的指导下,负责制定月度及季度销售计划,并根据客户特性,提出相应的销售建议及方案。

1、Under the guidance of the sales director, the sales person should be responsible for monthly and quarterly sales plan, and according to the customers’ characteristics, puts forward the corresponding marketing suggestion and project.

2、负责完成销售总监下达的各项营销目标,对负责的客户资源销售目标的达成情况负责。

2、Responsible for complete the marketing target issued by the sales director, and responsible for the customer resources to reach the sales target.

3、负责收集所跟进客户的各类信息及挖掘相关市场资讯并形成报告。

3、Responsible for collect all the information of our customers and dig out the related market information and form the report.

4、分析客户特质,在销售总监的指导下,制定及实施客户公关策略并对实施成效负责。

4、 Analyze the customers’ characteristics, under the guidance of the sales director, to develop and implement the customer public relations strategy and responsible for the implementation effect.

5、负责跟进开拓客户需求,维护客户良好关系并保持持续发展。

5、Responsible for follow up the demand of the customers, and maintain good relations with them and maintain sustainable development.

6、客户关系管理及维护,帮助客户解决困难,跟踪客户投诉处理结果, 协助公司做好售后服务工作,提升客户满意度。

6、Customer relationship management and maintenance, help customers to solve difficult, tracking customer complaint handling results, to assist the company to do a good job of after-sale service, improve customer satisfaction.

7、进行成本核算，提供商务报表及部门销售业绩的统计、查询、管理。

7、Cost accounting, provide business report and sales statistics.

8、整理公司订单，合同的执行并归档管理。

8、Sorting order, contract execution and archive management.

9、接受销售总监指派的工作。

五、资历

Qualifications

1、工作经验：三年以上销售工作经验。

1、Working experience: Above three years sales experience in selling to supermarket chains within China.

2、学历要求：市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历。

2、Degree required: College degree or above in marketing or related field

Physical condition and psychological quality

身体健康，为人处事正直、坦诚、成熟、豁达、自信，有高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，较强的观察力和应变能力。
