Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？ Oversees production activities conformance to quality system requirements to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.
负责授权工委的总体管理，落实车间运作按照质量体系的要求，尽可能优化人力物力，保证最佳生产状态
？ Manages equipments, ensures machinery and assembly workable as usual and gives improvement suggestions in aspect of engineering equipment.
负责车间设备管理，确保设备及工装能够正常运转，对工艺装备提出改进意见
？ Responsible for material planning & purchasing to achieve the manufacturing plan
负责生产调度并确保生产计划的完成
？ Guides correct operations to ensure the highest possible quality and aiming for zero defects.
指导操作人员正确操作以确保产品质量并争取实现不良品为零的目标
？ Responsible for taking preventive measures to ensure production safety.
采取相应防护措施，确保安全生产
？ Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities: Leading a team in the assigned scope
管理职责：在授权范围内带领一个团队
？ 不符合规范要求的生产，有权予以停止并采取相关措施；Has full responsibility for all activities within the workshop environment and has the authority to stop any activity deemed out with the company’s interest or unsafe.
？ 保证安全生产生产，保证车间无责任、工伤事故；Ensures safe production without responsible or injury accidents.
？ 对生产计划的按时完成负责；Responsible for timely completing production plan.
？ 对产品质量、生产效率、不合格率负责；Answers for product quality, production efficiency and nonconformance rate.
？ 对操作员工未按照要求生产负责；Responsible for worker’s operation against the requirements.
？ 对员工的操作培训负责；Responsible for worker’s operational training.
？ 对不合格品的产生负责；Responsible for investigating the reasons for defective products.
？ 对生产设备、夹具、仪器未处于良好工作状态及未进行维护负责；Maintains and ensures equipment and machine tools are in good and safe working order.
？ 对操作员工的工作表现未进行公正合理的考评负责；Responsible for unreasonable performance evaluation to operators.
？ 向生产运营经理汇报工作的准确、真实性、及时性 负责；Responsible for accuracy, authenticity and speed of work report.
