? Lead the planning and implementation of projects负责项目计划及项目执行
? Facilitate the definition of projects’ scope, goals and deliverables根据项目情况进行项目协调确定项目目标,交货期等
? Define project tasks and resource requirements确定项目任务,传递项目要求及协调资源
? Develop full scale project plans指定全面的项目展开计划
? Assemble and coordinate project staff确认并协调项目小组成员
? Manage project budget 管理项目预算
? Manage project resource allocation 分配项目资源
? Plan and schedule project timelines 计划并跟踪项目进度
? Track Project deliverables using appropriate tools 使用恰当的工具跟进项目进度及发货事宜
? Provide direction and support to project team向项目管理团队提供方向及支持
? Quality Assurance 取保项目完成质量及最终产品质量
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to management team 持续监督并向管理层报告项目进程
? Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 提供项目进度,难题及解决方法的报告
? Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 维护并执行与项目

Education, Training,
Experience:
教育、培训和经验： ? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
? At least 5 additional years of experience in project management or equivalent
? Proven experience in people management
? Proven experience in strategic planning
? Proven experience in risk management
? Proven experience in change management
? Proficiency in Project Management software
