职责与任务Duties and Responsibilities

1. 一旦项目由公司成功获取，应立即分派项目工程师。 Assign Project Engineers once a project is successfully secured by the company;

2. 确保该公司的政策，法规和规章的正确实施，没有失败; Ensure that the company’s policy, rules and regulations are properly implemented without fail;

3. 确保项目工程师履行其义务和责任，一心一意，充满生机和活力; Ensure that Project Engineers perform their duties and responsibilities wholeheartedly and with vigor and energy;

4. 紧密的监控公司每个项目的进度表，如果发觉项目进度表执行有延迟，应立即提出问题给最高管理层； Monitor closely the schedules of each project in the company and bring up issues to top management if there any perceived delays in the implementation of the project schedules;

5. 密切注视公司设定的质量和产量目标，关注其下属有紧密执行。 Work closely with other departments that Quality and Quantity Targets set up by the company is followed closely by subordinates in the department as well as other departments;

6.确保准时递交APQP和PPAP报告给客户，和客户沟通他们的期望和要求； Ensure that APQP and PPAP reports are submitted on time to the customer and communicate with customers on their expectations and requirements;

7. 根据每个项目工程师给出的信息确保每个完成的项目都有发放发票； Ensure that invoices are issued for each completed project according to the information given by each Project Engineer

8. 协助财务部争取付款； Assist Finance Department to push for payment;

9. 任何其他由董事长分配和指示的任务Any other assignments as instructed by the Managing Director.

任职条件Qualification Requirements

1.大学毕业且至少有5年工作经验；

University graduate Holder with 5 years working experiences；

2. 有TS16949和ISO14000环境上的工作经验；

Have experience working in TS16949/ISO environment;

3. 悉压铸/冲压制程和支持二次加工工作；

Familiar with die-casting/metal stamping processes and its supporting secondary works；

4. 有类似的工作管理岗位和有关管理技能经验；

Work in a similar management post with relevant management skills；

5. 能够用办公软件准备工作，并及时向上级报告;

Able to work with office softwares for preparations of timely reports to superiors；

6. 能够阅读和书写中英语；

Preferably able to read and write the Chinese and English Langua
