一家位于昆山的外资企业招聘工程部经理：

Main responsabilities 主要职责：

- To do the renovation work according to the requirements of client, searching for sub-contractors, organize plan, quality control, cost control and issue a final work report.

根据客户要求做店面更新，寻找分包商，做工程计划，质量控制，成本控制，完工报告书。

- Looking for the surface material, installation for building's surface decoration,inside and outside.

寻找合适的建筑装饰材料，作建筑内外面装饰工程。

Requirements 职位要求:

- Senior degree, preferably in construction, project management, design, or similar experience

高级工程师，建筑行业尤佳，了解项目管理，设计或有相关经验。

- Autonomy, good leadership and communication skills

自律，良好领导才能及沟通技巧

- good oral and writing English level

良好英语口语及书写水平
