Responsibilities:
- Global partner for Business Development in APAC and active steering of the Business Area Development Process of Plaston
- Develop new business options and models (business innovation)
- Participation and shaping of the IPS overall strategy as well as IPS APAC strategy
- Management and communication of results and successes as well as supporting the product and sales organization in their activities
- Global role in defining customer needs-, value chain- and process-oriented project requirements and supporting the sales project management with process knowledge
- Active role in several People Change Management activities
- Partnering with Universities, Industrial Design & Research Companies
- Responsibility for global documentation of Business Development results and experiences
Innovations management
- Evaluation of new technologies to meet the market needs
- Guarantee to permanent product- and process innovation which our customers inspire
Product management
- Maintenance and extension of the product portfolio for own products and aline the product roadmap
with the market responsible people
- Lead product development projects for new own products
- Documentation of own products (data sheets, brochures, etc.)
- Planning and execution of product training (internal and external)
- Make the investment and expense budgets for the Business area own products
Public Relation and Communication Management
- Create respectively develop a communication- and marketingconcept for the IPS Business
- Planning and implementation of communication activities (Internet, print media, etc.)
- Planning and execution of exhibitions
- Create the marketing and communications budgets Competences
- Use of the released recources in the budget

Job Requirements
- University degree or above based on a technical / background (business area), preferably with focus on quality, economics or engineering
- Additional training or professional experience in the field of communication and marketing
- Proven working experience in Business Development or Sales Management combined with business process management, change management and project management
- Strong affinity for Innovation with success in the market as well as the ability to inspire people for new value-adding things
- Strong customer needs oriented thinking and acting
- Strong observation capabilities and the intrinsic motivation to transform the discovered values into development activities for Plaston
- Excellent analytical ability, entrepreneur thinking and acting
- Very good computer knowledge (Office, Analysis, ERP, CRM,...)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
