Responsibilities - Tasks / 责任及任务:
- Who is mainly responsible for customer communication and relevant business management and development.
- 该职位主要负责客户沟通和相关业务管理和开发。
- Work together with project manager to make successful project.
- 与项目经理合作共同确保项目的顺利完成。
- Support to handle customer complaint when necessary.
- 必要时协助处理客户投诉。
- Price calculation, pricing review and cost evaluation.
- 产品成本评估及价格核算。


Job Requirements / 工作要求:
- More than 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- 四年以上制造业工作经验。
- 2~3 years Customer management experience or in the field of customer service or sales project management.
- 两到三年的客户管理经验， 或者两到三年的客户服务或销售项目管理经验。
- Good backround and knowledge on mechanical engineering, injection molding or plastic industry.
- 在机械工程、注塑、模具制作或塑胶行业方面有良好的专业知识背景。
- Good knowledge at trade, marketing & sales, laws field and business.
- 对贸易、营销、法律等知识有一定的了解，熟悉公司各方面业务。
- Good ability of analysis, make analysis by synthesis of customer business and foresee customer’ expectation.
- 较强的分析能力，对客户的业务能综合分析并对客户的需求有较强的预见力。
- High sense of customer orientation.
- 有高度的以客户为导向的意识。
- Know ISO 9001 quality system.
- 懂ISO 9001 质量系统。
- Open minded.
- 观念开放。
- Fluently listen, oral and written English
- 英语听说写流利。
- Good communication skill
- 良好的沟通技巧。
