OVERVIEW:
Working within the Demand and Supply planning - Operations department as Production and material planner of semi-finished goods in order to develop, implement and continuously improve:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Define and take lead in development and implementation of a customer demand driven, agile and lean production planning set-up which are based on SSAB One, continuous improvements principles
? Responsible to develop framework (processes incl. checklists, etc.) for establishing an optimal production planning setup. Framework of planning shall support both operational and mid/long term planning horizon. Both for process oriented production and “work-shop” based production
? Responsible for development of production functionality within SAP (ERP), PSI (MES)
? Responsible for creation and maintaining production planning master data i.e. items, BOM, lead times, correct machine capacity in SAP, PPSOne and PSI systems.
? Responsible for replenishment and optimizing of semi-finished inventory
? Define, Implement and follow-up production planning KPI´s
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? MSc/BSc degree in SCM/Logistics. Equivalent work experience and education will be considered, advanced degree and relevant professional training preferred
? At least 3 years of experience in production planning area and being a leading role
? Knowledge of supply chain management
? Experience from taking the role as production and material planner
? Experience from working in a multi-site and -country environment
