职位描述
Position: Credit & Collection Specialist
Report to: Credit Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Credit Control
1. Collect and prepare customer credit information for credit application / review purpose, including placing order to credit report agency, contact customer, searching from website, and maintain all necessary records.
2. Input, update and maintain customer database in Gama / SysPro system / SAP.
3. Prepare and organize customer information to apply credit limit from credit insurance company.
4. Other ad hoc and special projects as assigned from supervisor.
Receivable Management
5. To achieve monthly collection target.
6. Conduct invoice / statement of accounts checking and confirmation with each customer.
7. Off-set payment with AR in Gama Credit system.
8. Communicate with customer's account payable team, purchase manager, or sales manager to follow-up payment plan.
9. Follow-up all overdue accounts and report status to supervisor and sales associates in accordance to credit control policy.
10. Find out any complaints / disputes from customer that might result in withholding payments, and report to supervisor.
11. Prepare credit and receivable reporting to supervisor.
12. Maintain all necessary records and ensure that relevant financial information is passed to accounting team.
Qualification:
1. University Degree, prefer in credit analysis or banking related major, with relevant experience in credit control / credit evaluation.
2. Previous commercial experience of approximately 1-2 years with a medium to large size business will be in priority consideration.
3. Ability to work with integrated accounting systems and the skilful use of spreadsheet software
4. Good numeracy skills and telephone manner;
5. Analytical and result-oriented.
6. Good English ability, fluent in written, reading and speaking, CET-4 or above.
