Responsibilities of Sales supervisor
1. 协助业务经理制定销售目标`销售计划并落实监督计划执行,培训计划制订并落实监督计划执行`目标市场及竞争对手调研分析
Assist Sales Manager to draft sales target, marketing plan and program implementation, establish and implement training plan, target market and analysis of competitors investigate and survey
2.设计市场营销的宣传材料和媒介,通过各种渠道推广和宣传公司的服务和形象; 包括设计和制作印刷,发送彩页与广告;
Design publicity material of marketing promotion, including catalogue, brochure and advertisement
3.协助规划和预算所有市场活动,包括各式展会,举办各式会议,网站更新,创建与管理信息内容(文字或图片)
Assist in planning and budgeting all the marketing activity, including exhibition, meeting, network updating, establish and manage data information (pictures or texts)
4. 维护与管理新老客户关系
Maintain and manage new and old customer relationship
5.协助业务经理处理日常管理文档等日常事务:客户信息整理分配`销售报表合并分析等
Assis Sales manager in dealing with management documents: customer informatioin, analysis of sales report
6.总结和检查业务部相关报表并汇报给业务经理和销售总监
Summarize and examine related reports of Sales dept and report to Sales manager and Sales director
7. 按需求陪同销售总监出差
Business trip with Sales director depending on requirement


Requirements of position
1.市场营销,广告或英语专业本科毕业
Bachlor degree of Marketing management, advertisement or English
2.1年左右相关工作经验
About 1 year related working experience
3. 具有良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队管理协作能力,能够承受工作压力
Good communication ability and outstanding team working cooperation ability, can work under pressure
4.具有强烈的责任心`拥有较高的自我学习能力,问题解决能力,工作执行力
Strong sense of responsibility, self learning capacity, problem solving and executive ability
5.优秀的文字表达及撰写`业务理解`交流能力,熟练使用微软工具,包括PPT,WORD,EXCEL
Excellent writing and word express ability, business understanding, skilled in using Microsoft, PPT, WORD and EXCEL
6.大学英语四级以上水平,良好的英语听`读`写能力
CET 4 or over, proficient in english speaking, reading and writing
7.优秀应届生可考虑,英文专业优先
