Wearhouse keeper(仓库保管员)
Report to: DC Manager
This position is performs and oversees the daily warehouse operations and activities. Work closely with the support functions, Material Management and Customer Service to drive ALPS performance in customer satisfaction. To maintain the highest quality and standard in the parts deliveries to customers.

Job description:
1.Oversee day to day running of warehouse operations.
2.Warehouse capacity and planning.
3.Perform daily warehouse operations activities. inbound/outbound shipments, picking, storing and despatching.
4.Generate stock reports and statistics.
5.Perform stock accuracy, cycle counting, GRI and etc.
6.Drive the ALPS program, DPMO, 5S, PRP, DMAIC and improvements.
7.Take an active role in the CSB/SB performance meetings and improvement meetings.
8.Training and developing new WH TME.
9.Develop and implement SOPs as accordingly to global warehouse standards.
10.Liaise with support functions and external 3PL service providers.
11.Maintaining warehouse safety first, quality, cost and deliveries.
12.Security and maintenance of warehousing facility and equipment.
13.Perform emergency services – 24 hours on standby.
