-Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines.
-财务、会计相关专业毕业，大专以上学历。
-At least 3 - 5 years working experience in Accounting field.
-3年以上财务财务工作经验。
-Strong experience in preparing management reports & financial statement, financial analysis, cost / budgetary control, forecasting, cash flow and etc.
-较强的财务管理、财务分析和成本预算的能力。
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills of English is a must.
-熟练的英语沟通能力是必须的。
-Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
-优秀的时间管理能力，分析和解决问题的能力。
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and accounting systems.
-能够熟练运用各种办公软件和财务软件（用友/金碟）
-High self-motivated, initiative, independent, detail-oriented, efficiency and responsible.
-主动性强，能够独立地开展工作，注重细节。

工作内容：
Job description：
- Responsible for the daily and routine accounting tasks
- 负责日常财务工作
- Banking interface for working capital needs
- 管理现金
- Interfacing Headquarters for working capital arrangement
- 和总部协调流动资金管理
- Tracking of company expenditures and providing actuals vs. plan
- 掌控公司费用
- Maintaining inventory accounting system for the plant, including inventory adjustments, account and inventory reconciliations
- 负责库存商品核算，包括库存的调节，库存的核算，保持帐存实存相符
- Manage taxation, cost control, and account receivables and payables
- 管理税务，成本，应收和应付
- Create and manage monthly, seasonal and annual financial reports and analysis
- 负责财务报告和分析
- ensuring the company meets PRC/US reporting requirements
- 确保公司符合中国、美国报告要求
