？ Interface between local user groups and HQ engineering/technical group.

？ Primary local user groups Production/ Sales& sales support&QA/QC and others

？ Interpret customer requirements and apply industry and company standards to provide project design, documentation and technical
充分理解客户要求、行业规范和公司标准，按项目进行设计，文档保存及规范技术标准。
？ Establish and document required components and products designing & testing for new and modified designs
创建并存档新的或改进的部件及产品的设计及测试。
？ Produce technical documentation, such as drawings, WIs, BOM etc
创建技术文档，如图纸，工作指导书， 原材料清单等
？ Check work performed by drafters, designers and/or engineers to verify compliance with customer requirements, industry and company standards
在职权范围内检查其它工程师或设计员的工作，确保符合客户要求、行业规范和公司标准。
？ Evaluate customer product complaints and provide required reports and solutions.
研究并评估客户针对产品的投诉，提供报告及解决方案。
？ Continually evaluate kinds of products and assist in the development of new/ improved products to meet new or changing market and/or company requirements
持续评估现各类产品并积极参与改善产品活动，确保产品在市场变化下符合客户要求。
？ Provide technical information and support to other departments primarily Sales & Sales Support/ Production & QA/QC

？ Provided technical support for Procurement Department and suppliers.

？ Assume Role of Project Manager of selected projects ensuring project co-ordination from inception to completion

Alvedoor昆山拥有2大生产车间，分别位于昆山市玉山镇中华园西路和昆山高新区欧洲工业园，主要生产船用防火门、壁板和卫生单元。
