                在被授权范围负责面试甄选人才Get deeply involved in interview and selection process
运用多种招聘方式搜寻合适的候选人Use kinds of company recruitment tools to assess candidates
安排面试并做结果追踪Arrange interview and follow up
保存并追踪应聘者的材料Keep tracking on applicants database
每两周员工试用期到期提醒并准备评估材料Bi-weekly probation ending remind and prepare assessment form
员工考勤登记Register employees work attendance
员工假期管理Employee leave management
员工薪资发放Monthly payroll to employee account
员工税金与公积金整理申报 Employee personal income tax and CPF declaration
新员工入职手续及员工离职手续办理New employees register process and termination process
员工劳动合同报送及公积金关系办理Register and written-off employees labor contract and CPF
合同到期提前三月提醒并准备新劳动合同或其他相关文件3-month in advance reminding and prepare the new labor contract related documents

? Collect employees' complaints and suggestions in administration area and then find out ways to solve收集员工对行政管理的意见和建议并合理解决
? Manage and control all general administrative costs effectively - Responsible for administration expense cost control and submit the analysis report on a monthly base

? 每月行政费用发票报销并完善内部报表及保存Monthly administration bills making and internal financial reporting & filing;
? Prepare and track expense reports, payment vouchers (air ticket, hotels, taxi, visa, stationary, mailing, meal boxes, shuttle bus, etc.) 制作请款单,准备并分析当月行政费用报表(如工作餐/班车等等)
? Monthly cost control of stationery/ cleaning assuming items and printing paper’s cost and stationary usage per department按部门按月控制文具和清洁卫生用品及纸张等的使用及费用
? Facility and inside decoration daily checking and follow up to solve the problems
