Retention is a Swedish Management Consulting firm
established 2003 and our aim is to be the leading consultant working
with crossborder assignment between Scandinavia and China.
We have been in China since 2010 and now it is time for our next
phase in Shanghai, therefore we seek individuals who is looking for:

Role & Responsibilities
In the role as Researcher at Retention you your job will be to assure
the inflow of candidats and profiles in the on-going assignments i.e.
coordinating applications as awell as conduct pro-active research by
mapping out industries, companies and candidates in order to match with a
defined profile.
The job also contain coordination of meetings with clients,
candidates and HQ, as well as assisiting consultants with compiling
reports.
Experience & Characteristcs
We are now looking for a person with 2-3 years of Research experience
from within the recruitment industry. As a person, you posses high
analytical skills with a great eye for details. Further on, you are
professional and very business oriented with a passion for customer
service and support.
In order to succeed in the role you need to have an entrepreneurial
spirit, a high drive and a passion for quality with a good sense for
attention to details. Further on, you feel comfortable in a dynamic
environment permeated by a high pace and down to earth culture. In terms
of education, you preferably hold a univerity degreee within business
management, human resource or like. Besides speaking Mandarin, you speak
English fluently. It is a advantage If you speak a Scandinavian
language.
