Job Resposibility:

• Work closely with mechanical maintenance team to maintain all equipment and machines (grinding, milling, heat treatment machine, etc.)in the factory
• Responsible for machine electrical control system maintenance
• Monitor and improve the OEE performance
• Work out machine maintenance plan and make sure the 100% implementation
• Make the preventive maintenance plan, track the daily, weekly or montly maintenance activity
• Overhaul or upgrade old machine/ electrical control system based on your knowledge
• Use the knowledge of electrical and automation to identify opportunities of automation, and lead the automation projects to improve productivity,
• Spare parts management – make the budget, cost control, the abnormal usage, etc.

                                    

• Train the electrical knowledge to the technican

Job Requirement：

1.    Bachelor’s degree electrical or automation engineering

2.    At least 4~5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance/PLC, good knowledge of siemens’ PLC

3.    Good knowledge of PM(preventive maintenance) is a plus

4.    Strong automation equipment maintenance experience, e.g., grinding, milling, HT, puching machine, etc.

5.    Good reading ability of electrical and mechanical drawing

6.    Strong trouble-shooting skills in electrical control, strong analytical and logic thinking skills

7.    Effective communication,interpersonal and organization skills

8.    Must  have electrician certificate

9.    Strong responsibility, open mind, honest. Customer-oriented and service spirit, a good team player
