岗位概要: Key Performance Area

  

• Build up sales bottom up FCST for SH & East Region

• Track the achievement VS Plan and quick react and eliminate the diversion

• Communication bridge between market and supply side to make the most optimized way to drive sales

      

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

  

• Work with Sales manager KA and TM to set up the sales execution plan and the sales bottom up FCST

• Monitor the promotion plan execution progress and highlight to sales team

• Establish the promotion library of history data and analysis the ROI for financial purpose

• Track the FCST accuracy by KA by region and rank the sales bonus

• Balance the regional stock by channel and do reallocation based on market needs

• Regular report
