Ensures a safe clean working environment
? Ensures 100% conformance to Swoboda Operating System in production operations
? Works with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
? Prepares and updates production reports as needed
? Works directly with customers to define and negotiate product technical specifications
? Leads the APQP team following Swoboda development and launch procedures
? Write FMEA and Control Plans and implements during launch
? Manages corrective actions with customer through failure analysis, problem solving, implementation and verification.
? Leads the overall installation and launch activities



? Specifies machines and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment for new or continuous improvement programs
? Models and develops prints for supplier parts
? Communicates supplier requirements and verifies supplier PPAP
? Ensures that production requirements are met for the first 6-9 months of production
? Manages all Engineering changes from customers
? On call when required
? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Engineering degree in mechanic or electric with experience >3 years in a comparable position in an international company. Preferred experience in molding technology.

Chinese fluent
English business writing a. speaking, minimum CET4 preferred CET6
German optional
