Be in charge of ensuring that the objectives set out by the project are met in all matters related to the following areas: preassembly, assembly, pneumatic and electrical installation, and set-up.
Be in charge of ensuring that planning for assembly details and set-up are consistent with the General Plan, in addition to ensuring coordination with the EB and person in charge of installation.
Coordinate mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly.
Keep track of deadlines, costs and other assembly and set-up objectives, and propose corrective action if non-compliance is foreseen.
Coordinate the assembly team (both internal and outsourced). Supervise and assume responsibility for the work carried out.
Demand a swift response from other team members, explaining the work to be carried out during set-up at customer premises.
Assemble and set up the relevant posts, according to both the common basic and specific features defined in the General Approach.
