Key tasks:
?Drive improvement teams
?Facilitate and guide the process to Lean
?Analyze capacity increasing with the existing machines with production leaders
?Design layout, fixture tools, apparatus and draw work in construction
?Draw up the standard time of product
?Continue improve the production efficiency, eliminate MUDA,cost down in SOP and ramp-up process
?Be the expert on the improvement toolbox within Lean (5S, 5why, QC tools etc....)
?Suggest areas of improvement for prioritization
?Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
?Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
?Support production on fine-tune/improvement of tools, problem solving on daily operation
?Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
?Personal compliance with company's regulations and "Code of Conduct"

Qualifications & experience:
1. Above Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering ,Technical education or equivalent knowledge
2. Experiences in tool design
2. Leadership and management skills and preferably experience
3. 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing
4. Be familiar with lean production and IE tools
5. Production finance
6. Be good at using Auto CAD and other design tools
