Responsibilities

1. Policy & Procedure
1) Learning policies and initiate the policy training: and prepare the related materials
2) Training technicians
2.KPI
1)Support maintenance supervisor to sustain production equipments' KPI
2)Anlaysis the gap: find the root cause
3)Create corrective actions
3: New equipment introduce management
1)Tracking the project process: review with vendor on the technical detail according the requirments
2)Assist supplier to do the equipment commissioning on site and catch up the new equipment knowledge
3)Support maintenance supervisor to do the final acceptance
4)Trial running and transfer to end user
4: Budget and Expense
1)Support department manager in setting budget and plan
5:Production Equipment management
1)Documents management: fix assets number: equipments filing: maintenance records
2)TPM activity implementing :tracking and optimize
3)Annual preventive maintenance plan and execution
4)Malfunction trouble shooting support

Requirement
(i) Bachelor degree of mechanical & electric control.
(ii) 5 years equipment maintenance experiences and related technical back ground
(iii) Much better to have PLC or NC service experiences
(iiii)Communication skill, customer focus, working under pressure, accountability.
