岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for recruitment process for IT opening, incl. hiring needs analysis, external market intelligence, position fulfillment;
- Drive professional and effective conversation with IT managers to get further knowledge about the positions to facilitate and coordinate selection process in line with recruitment standard and measures effectiveness;
- Handle effective on-boarding process with the aim of hiring and retaining talents;
- To be business partner, conduct and maintain a regular communication with IT managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future business development and hiring needs;
- could accept 6 months contract;

任职资格:

- At least 5 years Recruiter Background (in-house TA team or headhunter);
- Being familiar with IT industry;
- (Nice to have)Potential to HRBP position.
