职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of 1-stop shop service contact for internal clients of purchase requests (Vendor onboarding, contract management, PR/PO creation & delivery, PO fulfillment & Receiving, AP resolution, etc…)
  • Work with requestors/suppliers to manage supplier day-to-day problem resolution
  • Place Pre-approval request, MSS, Purchase Orders (PO) timely and obtain PO acknowledgements from suppliers and ensure process are compliant with sourcing policy and IPP compliance policy.
  • Work with business sourcing team to ensure supplier KYS (Know Your Supplier) documents are compliant with sourcing policy and ensure the documents and supplier profiles are latest in ERPs
  • Ownership of all contracts from commodity leaders or requestors are chopped on time, delivery to suppliers, trace signed copies, store soft copy and hard copy, etc. according to company policy
  • Assure that material/services will be delivered on schedule, at negotiated price and meet required quality standards
  • Ownership of supplier invoice resolution as required.
  • Ensure all process standards (existing, new, changes, etc.) are properly documented in the Standard Operating Procedure, all team members are aware of the standards and support Buy Desk team leader to drive program compliance to the SOPs.
  • Ownership of delivering training to new team members for all SOPs, or refresh training on existing team.
  • Meet or exceed all SLA’s with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and GE policies.
  • Ownership of team performance reporting, dashboard, analysis, etc. on a regular basis
  • Handle customer escalations and provide them with the necessary support and procurement process training.
  • Other ad hoc assignments from S2P team

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 2 years marketing/events management related procurement or operations experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent excel skills in analyzing data

  • Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team work spirit

  • Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset

  • Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily

  • Integrity and compliance mindset (transactional and process integrity)
