生产经理工作职责描述

保证生产工厂合格，高效和及时的生产，并负责车间生产符合安全规定和劳动法的责任。
领导以下三个车间（塑料生产部门，金属部门，注塑部门）
工作内容:

原材料规划（制作材料清单）
计划生产车间的生产能力
准备生产文件（生产计划和报告，制造图纸，检验报告，资质文件）
外包生产业务的计划和质量控制
产品内部质量检验
计划并保证客户质量检验的通过
包装/运输（指定包装标准，包装，制作装箱清单，产品部件的跟踪识别）
审核以下工作流程供应商（激光切割，冲孔，水射流切割等）
?负责保证及时交付客户订单
?计划和实施员工培训

计划和实施车间员工考核激励机制
?建立和实施工厂质量标准
?生产车间的必要投资计划

要求

· 机械制造专业

· 有钣金车间管理经验优先

· 具有基本的英语读写,沟通能力

· 工作具有热情,认真负责

Employee profile production manager

? Responsibility for a proper, efficient and timely production

Including any safety regulations and labor laws

? Leadership in Manufacturing (plastics department, metal department, injection department)
? Work preparation
o Material Planning (create material notes)
o Capacity planning in departments
o provide production documentation (drawings, workshopdrawing file, test reports, work certificates)
o plan outsourcing operations
o Internal inspection of components
o Customers approvals planning
o
o Packaging / Transportation (specify packaging standards, packaging, create packing list , identify components)

? Select a supplier for following work procedures (laser, punching, water jet cutting, etc.)
? Responsibility for delivery of customer orders in time
? Planning and implementing staff training
? Create and implement quality standards
? Investment planning

• Verantwortung für eine einwandfreie, rationelle und termingerechte Fertigung unter Berücksichtigung von Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und Arbeitsgesetzen.
• Mitarbeiterführung in den Produktion ( Kunststoffabteilung, Metallabteilung, Spritzgussabteilung )
• Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Materialdisposition ( Materialscheine erstellen )
• Kapazit？tsplanung in den Abteilungen
• Fertigungsunterlagen bereitstellen ( Zeichnungen, Werkstatzeichnungen, file, Prüfprotokolle, Arbeitsscheine )
• Fremdvergaben von Arbeitsschritten planen
• Interne Abnahme von Bauteile
• Kunden Abnahmen planen
• Verpackungen / Transport ( Verpackungen Standards festlegen, Verpackungspl？ne erstellen, Bauteile kennzeichnen )

• Zulieferer für Arbeitverfahren ( Lasern, Stanzen, Wasserstrahlschneiden usw.) ausw？hlen

• Lieferterminverantwortung von Kundenauftr？gen
• Mitarbeiterschulungen Planen und umsetzen
• QM Vorgaben erstellen und Umsetzen
• Investitionsplanung

Kunshan RVT Process Equipment Co., LTD Company introduction
RVT is a German company, mainly deals with design, manufacturing of mass transfer equipments for petrochemical, chemical, environmental protection industries. The main products are process equipments like mass transfer trays, tower internal, tower random packings etc. Main customers are big foreign invested companies like BASF, Linde, Air Liquide, Dürr etc. RVT is a small private owned company who has around 100 employees in Germany, one subsidiary company in US and one subsidiary company in Kunshan. RVT established the trading company in Shanghai in 2006 and the
