Main Responsibilities:

• Standard cost update
• Weekly purchase analysis to assess item standard cost
• Analysis production variance and support manager to drive improvement according to guidance
• Train plant staff on expenses bookkeeping
• Involve in inventory stocktaking
• Review and communicate risk inventory analysis and suggest on provision
• Support plant manager on yearly budget and monthly forecast business
• Support and track plant saving projects
• Cooperation between plant and finance headquarter team
• Monthly closing job related to costing and inventory
• Other template work from finance manager

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in costing/accounting
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Work well in a collaborative environment with diverse functions
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA is preferred
• Results oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrity
