Material Planning Analysts
Main Job duties:
Responsibility Support on material issue
1. Critical item escalation
2. E&O analysis and liability claim
3. Material availability review

Work out material Commitment status
1. Shortage follow up, escalation and status update
2. Confirm customer order base on material availability
3. What if simulation base on demand changes
4. Confirm material availability for production schedule

MRP master data, MRP result verify.
1. Master data verification - inventory strategy related like safety time / order interval / delivery frequency etc.
2. MPS loading verification
3. Verify MRP result run correct or not and MRP re-run schedule

Inventory management
1. Inventory structure analysis (ABC percentage, Full-kits rate, Dos, aging etc.)
2. Inv projection and ITO Improvement plan, driving and execution
3. Review and analysis long aging inv
4. E&O analysis and reduction, liability claim with customer or supplier
5. Alternative item and ECN control
6. Follow up with buyer on OPO action execution - need dates vs supplier committed dates / MRP rescheduling success rate
7. Initiate physical counting activities for unique / critical parts of EOL models per EOL schedule

PR, HND forecast and PO action
1. Release PR to buyer for shortage material ordering
2. Release PO action report to buyer for PO pull in, push out and cancellation
3. All above requires to considering alternative items and ECN parts
4. Cooperate with PP, OM on MPS loading and suggestion on MRP manual run.

Blocked materials management
1. Drive relevant department to clean up the blocked materials

Requirements:
1. Associate degree and above, have sense in MRP Logic.
2. 3 years experience in Material Planning. Prefer background in Electronics manufacturing industry.
3. Good command of Written English. Can use as oral.
