一、负责进入公司人员的接待、登记、导引。
二、负责公司电话总机的接线工作。
三、收发公司传真、复印、熟悉前台电话公司各分机号码，统计考勤等等。
四、保持前台的清洁卫生；负责办公用品和清洁消耗用品的发放、消耗用品在以旧换新，计划申购。
五、公司按排的对外联络工作；
六、领导按排的其它工作。
