1. 至少五年以上的SMT,DIP领域工作经验；
2. 熟悉印刷机，钢网的制作流程，锡膏的管控；
3. 熟悉回流焊，波峰焊的profile的工艺要求，Conformal Coating以及夹具的制作流程；
4. 熟悉ERP（SAP,BANN)系统的设定；
5. 熟悉新产品导入到量产，新材料确认，以及ECN流程；
6. 根据生产状况，与其他部门（设备，测试，品质等）对现有产品的良率，效率持续提升。
