Job description:
You will work in the high temperature division of Mersen that manufactures graphite components for industry (such as photovoltaics, electronics, metallurgy, glass, etc...).
You will be based in Kunshan.
As process development engineer, your main missions will be
Gather data from production line and look for possible improvements
Improve some processes already existing
Develop new processes independently after understanding customer requirements
Do regular reports and present results to management
Bring new ideas for development from customers
As sales engineer your main missions will be
Maintain relationship with existing customer
Do market surveys for some of our existing markets and for new markets
Develop and follow-up some international customers (Asia, US)
For these two missions, you will have to travel within mainland China and you will work in collaboration with a French engineer.

Profile:
To be successful in your mission, you will have to demonstrate the following skills:
Chinese native speaker
Very good spoken and written English
Strong technical background in industry (at least 2 to 3 years experience) or PhD degree in technical science
Graduated from University with one of the following degree or related specialty:
Material engineering
Chemical engineering
Non ferrous metal
Glass, Metallurgy, ...
Some knowledge in industrial processes, materials formulation and raw materials
Some experience in R&D (Research and Development) would be a plus
Autonomous, rigorous and synthetic mind set
Good interpersonal and presentation skills (both oral and written)
Ability for synthesis and reporting
Salary:
