Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal service and legal supports to different teams in the Company;

2. Reviewing contract on a variety of matters including logistics, warehousing, procurement and other commercial matters;

3. Conducting legal research;

4. Monitoring regulatory development in related sectors;

5.Performing other responsibilities assigned by the supervisors.

Requirement:

1. Graduate of a recognized law school with 2+ years’ experience either in the legal department of a corporation or a law firm;

2. Bar qualifications China required;

3. Experience in FMCG, wholesale business or retail industry preferred;

4. Good knowledge of the Chinese legal system and the main laws.

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading and writing);

Must be self-motivated and responsive.
