Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

? Is responsible for installation and maintenance of personal computers, troubleshooting, problem escalation and follow up until a resolution.
? Analyzes and implements internal service requests(PCs, Servers, LAN).
? Retrieves and specifies customer needs and the ability to fit them within the service program. ? Ensures proper handling of complaints.
? Is responsible for building a good working relationship with internal customers / users. ? Ensures proper registration and issue reports to both the organization and the client about the activities performed ? Performs administration of maintenance orders and registration of hardware and software
? Coordinate/implement global infrastructure initiatives and departmental projects ? Makes proposals to improve the service process ? Supports colleagues within the service group in the performance of work.

负责安装，维护用户电脑及解决用户计算机相关问题。

负责分析，实施公司内部计算机用户相关需求（个人电脑及软件，外设，局域网络等）。

合理应对客户抱怨

有能力跟内部客户/用户建立良好的工作关系

及时准确记录用户的问题及相关工作报告

IT软件及硬件资产管理，以及相关维护合同管理

协调/实施公司部署的个人计算机，服务器，网络等项目及办公室的IT项目

合理建议以改进IT服务及流程

为公司其他IT 部门的相关工作提供支持

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

? This position requires bachelor ’s degree in computer science or related area.

? Must have minimum 2 years of practical experience. multinational corporation working experiences is preferred.

? The incumbent must demonstrate a solid understanding of IT Operating Systems, collaboration tools, AD management and network topologies.
? Conceptual knowledge of common desktop hardware and desktop operating systems and applications used. Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Cisco Network Devices, Microsoft Office 365. Internet Explorer 11.
? Operational knowledge of processes, procedures and reporting systems.
? Good communication skills (telephone and E-mail). Can in a representative way contacts with suppliers and customers maintain due the delivery of materials and services.
? Good capability to write, read English, and basic verbal English skill.

? Have a strong sense of responsibilities and patience. Detail oriented.

? Stress-resistant and able to work independently.

学士学位，计算机或者相关专业

至少两年工作经验，最好具有在跨国公司工作的经验。

任职者必须对IT操作系统，工具, 域控管理，网络拓扑有充分的了解。

了解桌面电脑的硬件，操作系统和应用程序。包括 Windows 7，Windows 10，Windows Server 2012，思科网络设备，Microsoft Office 365. Internet Explorer 11。

具有流程，程序和报告系统方面的操作知识。

良好的沟通技巧（电话和电子邮件）。 可以作为公司的IT 联系人与供应商和客户联系，并确保服务交付的及时有效。

良好的英文读写能力，基本的英文听说能力。

工作耐心负责。注重工作细节。

良好的抗压能力及独立工作能力。

Individual Accountabilities and financial targets

? The employee Is responsible for the handling of internal IT service requests and keep clear records. According to set Service Levels ? The employee is responsible for the cost effective implementation and other service work on Personal Computers, the associated peripherals and software.
? The employee is responsible for the continuous improvement of the reliability and availability of all PCs, Servers, LAN network in scope with an acceptable level of (un) planned "downtime".

? The employee is responsible for maintaining the targeted levels of IT infrastructure enviroments security controls and compliance controls.
