Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently finalize technology projects

2. Support the technology for production

3. Contact executives and employees for technology improvements

4. Arrange projects to improve or optimize the production processes in the Schaeffer group companies

5. Solve technical problems in an effective way in daily work

6. Carry out continues improvement process

7. Support the MOVE coordinator, participate and implement the MOVE activities

8. Participate and implement idea management

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor or master degree in machine /mechanical engineering

2. Good knowledge & experience in engineering project management, good turning and grinding techniques and quality awareness

3. Process & logical thinking; proficient in English using; good at communication and coordination skills

4. Mature, smart, detailed thinking, down to earth, capable to work under pressure

5. Good command of computer skills
