职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of executive search business and support key accounts in eastern China
2. Participate in company strategy and culture designing, recruitment plan drafting and implement them to achieve company goals;
3. Communicate with headquarters to be in line with company culture and objectives;
4. Involve in KPI policy institution, in charge of KPI implementation and propose action plan to monitor the results;
5. Build and coaching competent consultant and researcher teams to explore business with support from managing partners;
6. Lead and facilitate the organization and talent development projects / programs.
7. Control and manage recruitment projects, held regular department meetings and put forward effective guidance;
8. Follow up closely Talent Pool members within the area and set up part-time consultant team;
9. Maintain client relationship and develop new clients;
10. Make and control branch budgets and ensure consulting fee paid in time;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, major in engineering or MBA preferred;
2. Over 10 years working experience, with proven record of executive search and training and change management experience in an international organization
3. Familiar with either manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, or biotech,material science , and chemical industry;
4. Expatriate or Chinese returnees with German background preferred, at least 3 years in China;
5. Can adapt diplomatic approach to establish strong relationship with various parties.
6. Organizer and an excellent public speaker who is at ease organizing and facilitating large recruiting activity.
7. Fluent in English or German, good command of Chinese is required for expatriate;
8. Long term partnership strategy understanding;
9. Always take the initiative, have strong leadership and team driving ability, willing to work under pressure;
10. Strategic thinking, result-oriented, self-motivated, loyalty, creative, but with down-to-earth personality;
