Key tasks:

?Prepare manual general entries and perform month-end closing; Prepare relevant internal/external reporting and analysis
?Prepare account reconciliation and push responsible people to take action for pending issues
?Make 3-way match for AP bookkeeping and prepare AP payment schedule timely and accurately
?Maintain fixed assets register & depreciation;Perform and coordinate fixed assets physical count
?Update and maintain standard cost ,analyze standard cost variances; Perform inventory control activity and random inventory checking; Take part in annual inventory physical count
?Prepare and submit tax return as required; Update tax policy change to the management team, optimize tax cost and support business development
?Prepare relevant cash flow plan according to the requirement
?Provide support for external/internal audits
?Assist Factory Controller to prepare the plan/budget/forecast
?Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
?Personal compliance with company's regulations and "Code of Conduct"

5.Good PC skills especially in Excel

Qualifications & experience:
1.Above bachlor degree majored in Finance ,Accounting or related fields;
2.Above 5 years of working experience
3.Be familiar with ERP system or other Finance softwares
4. Accountant certificate is required
