负责各条生产线模具的维护保养，保证生产模具正常运行生产，备品备件的使用汇报。负责对新模具的验收组立调试提出合理改模方案。做好模具维修保养记录，对维修保养提出合理的改进意见。做好车间5S工作及机床的维护和保养；

确保维修过程中依照正规操作流程作业，防范维修过程中的风险

至少具有四年在模具维护部门钳工的工作的经历，熟悉冲压模具及工装的日常性及预防性管理与维护，熟悉模具制造，会小型机床和电焊机等设备的操作。有良好的执行力和团队合作精神
