职位描述：
1、根据新进员工入职资料、调岗（薪）单以及离职审批单等相关单据，核定公司员工名册；
2、根据员工考勤数据，负责公司员工工资、奖金的核算与发放，确保员工工资、奖金及时准确发放；
3、负责相关人事报表的制作；
4、负责解答员工所有工资相关的各类疑问，包括考勤扣款、五险一金、个税等。
5、社保管理，根据人员变动，及时处理社保转入转出事宜，确保处理及时；年度社保基数调整、公积金基数调整以及年度平均工资申报及社保基数申报，配合完成年度社保审计工作。
6、负责员工新入职培训、在职培训等培训工作，跟踪培训结果并分析反馈
7、负责公司外部培训相关组织，协调事宜
任职资格：
1、人力资源本科以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专学历；
2、有大型企业薪酬核算工作经验优先；
3、具有较强的组织及沟通协调能力，原则性强，有较强的文字功底；
4、热爱本职工作，积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨。

Shanghai Shengjian Environment Technology co., ltd, is a high-tech enterprises and system service provider which provide professional air pollution control solution methods, and it is committed to industry exhaust gas control. In the future, Shengjian will spread its business to energy save recovery and resource cyclic utilization, etc. The corporate headquarters is located in Shanghai, Shengjian has passed ISO 9001 quality system certification, with Shanghai Shengjian Ventiduct co., ltd and Shanghai Shengjian M &E Engineering Co. Ltd. In Sep. 2016, Jiangsu Shengjian Environment Equipment co., ltd was founded, floor space is about 41000 square meters. Shengjian has a high level on duct manufacture process exhaust system, especially electronic, semiconductor, and photovoltaic industry area. Teflon exhaust duct system has passed FM4922 clean room standardization and HOOK-UP small diameter certification. Together, Shengjian has rich experience on M &E assemble to lay a solid foundation of integrated system service.
