工作内容
1、年度培训计划的执行
2、调查和分析培训需求，协助编制培训计划、规划和培训制度
3、做好培训记录，跟踪培训效果反馈，建立和完善培训档案，应对客户教育训练审核
4、组织公司各部门进行绩效考核，并考核结果进行汇总统计
5、 对公司员工考核效果进行评价与分析总结

岗位要求：
1、男女不限，年龄28-35岁，大专以上学历，理工类专业
2、有制造行业培训、绩效考核工作经验5年以上
3、熟练掌握企业培训需求调查技术和方法，有年度培训计划制订经验
4、具备较丰富的培训活动策划、实施、监控经验，掌握培训效果评估方法
5、有良好的沟通协调能力，成熟稳重
6、工作态度积极，责任心强，认真、细致，有较强的亲和力
7、书面英语良好，口语能沟通
8、熟悉绩效考核流程，懂KPI及数据分析优先

Requirement:

4, good training activities planning, implementation, monitoring experience, master training effect evaluation method
5, has the good communication ability
6, work attitude positive, a strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous, a strong affinity
7, spoken and written English very well
8, familiar with the performance process, KPI and data analysis
