1、注塑机、机械手等设备的维护和保养工作。
2、根据生产或试模计划换好模具和镶件等，认真完成两小时质量检查（与领班一起）。
3、注塑机等设备的开机和相关生产文件的填写。
4、新模具、新原材料、新色母或者工艺改进前后的试模准备和扫尾工作。
5、工艺优化包括产品质量的改进和工作效率的提高，并及时告知主管和其他技术人员。
6、每天工作报告，周报告，记录改善和其它重要的信息。

此职位的工作地点在浙江嘉兴

1、Maintenance of injection molding machine, robot, cooling water machine, dehumidified & drying machine, raw material supplier machine and so on.
2、Tooling and insert changeover according to production or sampling plan.finish 2h quality checking with shift leader together
3、Set up of injection molding machine, hot stamping machine, pad printing machine and so on　and also need to fill in corresponding production documentation.
4、Pre-Sampling and behind- sampling of new tooling, new material, new MB and further improvement of process.monitoring the process
5、Optimization of process setting data, also involved with product quality and efficiency.share the information with other technicians and PCE .
6、Give technical support to production line and trouble-shooting.maitanance the mold during the production
7、Daily report ，weekly report ,show us the improvement and other important things .

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :

- five years working experience about injction plastic processing , good skill 五年以上注塑行业工作经验，良好的技能
