Requirement

1.Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field.

2. At least 3 year of product development or related experience

3.Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English verbal and written

4.Ability to apply academic and other engineering principles in the development of automotive components and utilize math-based tools.

5.Must be able to read prints and solid understanding of 3D modeling/design with demonstrated competency in GD&T.

6.Working knowledge of statistical methods, i.e. APQP, DFSS



Responsibility

1. Generally assigned to increasingly complex components, sub-assemblies and systems, e.g. may be responsible for changes based on new requirements or packaging constraints, or may contribute to the application of new technology.

2. Engages in design and product development of automotive closure systems, including door latches and actuators, window moving mechanisms, door modules, and powered closures.

3. Coordinates the complete development for the designated products including, but not limited to design, build and test activities, in accordance with standard operating procedures and the product delivery process.

4. Analyzes products and formulates engineering conclusions by the application of engineering andor mathematical principles and tools.

5. Writescompiles engineering content for the following deliverables engineering specifications and documentation, including DVP&R's, 8D's, GD&T, BOM, prototype control plans, key product characteristics, engineering changes and work orders.
