Utilize your energy and drive to assist Tangoe in hiring the best and the brightest available talent for our organization. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to find the best available resources without the assistance of outside staffing firms or recruiting agencies.



Position Description

The HR Recruiter will partner with Executives and Managers to successfully staff Tangoe China's hiring objectives. This position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships, in an extremely fast paced environment. As a recruiter here at Tangoe, you will serve as a vital contributor to the growth of the company and provide the talent that will continue to make Tangoe a successful organization.



Duties & Responsibilities

· Recommend and implement strategic practices for recruiting diverse talent in a global organization

· Work in conjunction with Executives and Managers to staff for key positions

· Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle to meet our various and ever changing staffing goals; across all levels and business units

· Assist hiring managers with creating job descriptions/requirements to ensure expectations are clearly understood and candidates are evaluated against appropriate criteria

· Develop strong relationships and partner with Executives, hiring managers, and HR personnel

· Design, recommend, implement and manage the intern and co-op program

· Work closely and communicate consistently with hiring managers to foster timeliness, accuracy, and completion of the recruiting process.

· Pro-actively participate in all staffing/HR related activities

· Develop and implement strategies and performance metrics for all searches

· Build applicant pipeline through proven recruitment best practices and cutting edge technologies & strategies

· Develop and manage all job postings through various internet resources; corporate website, job boards, online communities, etc.

· Develop and execute a personal time management plan and communicate this to your manager on a weekly basis

· Provide recruitment status updates to management on a weekly basis

· Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices

· Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation and employment laws; enforcing regulations with managers;

· Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

· Other HR related duties as assigned by management



Job Qualifications & Required Skills

· Formal BS Degree

· Minimum of 5-7 years of direct recruitment experience; strong preference on a proven performer with direct agency experience

· In depth knowledge of data mining and internet search

· Outstanding interpersonal skills; verbal & written

· Clear and demonstrated understanding of full recruitment lifecycle processes

· Documented experience of recruiting candidates from all resources; excluding 3rd party staffing firms.

· Vendor management experience

· MS Office to include; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Calendar, and PowerPoint
