Position Required



I. Basic Mission

This HR Manager Role will provide HR supports to assigned Business Units, ensuring achievement of organizational development plans and effective management of key HR processes and systems in order to drive towards organizational growth.



II. Main Responsibilities

Ensure/Do



1. Staffing

- Recruit, Develop and retain talent at all levels within assigned territory/BUs;

- Work closely with line managers to develop, implement and facilitate the use of orientation and induction program for all new employees and different levels employees within assigned territory/BUs.



2. Organization Development

- Coordinate and take a leadership role in the following activities: performance management, employee career coaching, constructive feedback etc.

- In conjunction with line management develop the organization's annual development plans and schedules and consult on the appropriate sourcing of the required training

- Implement and ensure the consistent operation of company's HR policies, procedures and practices

- In conjunction with business managers, identify the HR implementations and initiatives to support business growth



3. Compensation & Benefits

- Coordinate and provide functional leadership to the development, implementation and use of reward and recognition

- Coordinate and drive the organization's remuneration management system

including co-ordination of the annual salary review process, job evaluation and develop motivation system.



4. Employee Relations

- Provide consulting and support to business managers in all aspects of employee relations including low performer management, talent development and moves...to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment

- Organize employee relation activities, and promote moral, staff cohesion and sense of belonging. e.g. employee opinion survey follow-up, family day, etc.

Other tasks:

- Other assignments from general manager, human resource director from the HQs.



III. Reporting

- Report to the General Manager of China office.



IV. Professional Experience

- Familiar with the labour law, regulations and related prevision;

- A customer and value-added approach, excellent facilitator skills, and the ability to promote new improved ways of working

- Demonstrated experience in change management, strategic orientation, employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits and training is required

- Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and excellent communication skills

- Excellent talent acquisition, team-building and leadership skills, to ensure engagement and successful project delivery

- Working under Pressure



V. Education and Skills

- Bachelor's degree

- Proficient in oral & written English;

昆山公司目前办公面积1000余平米，员工250余名，其中外籍2名，公司定期安排美国公司专职培训技术人员来昆山培训员工，预计两年内达到200人规模，离岸外包服务超过500万美元。
