responsibilities 职责:
business development with new customer acquisition according the business plan
根据公司的业务发展计划开发新客户
handling of the complete sales management process beginning from the acquisition, proposal creation, sales negotiation, sales contract creation and signing to the final monitoring of the agreed down payments
处理完整的销售管理工作,流程从客户开发开始、到提供方案、销售谈判、创建销售合同及跟踪签订、直到项目结束并收齐货款。
plan sales activities independently (weekly base and further)
能独立完成销售工作(基于每周计划)
maintain customer relationship
维护客户关系
keep sales documentation updated and tidy (visit report, customer data base management, exhibition show, etc.)
保持销售文件的更新和齐整(访客报告,客户数据库的管理,展会等。)
keep tracking the target industries and customers according to the business plan
根据公司业务计划,跟踪目标行业和目标客户。
continuous technology improvement by continuous analysis of the state of the art in the automation business
基于自动化行业的最新应用技术,不断改善项目的技术应用。
professional and competent representation of our company to our customers and on industrial exhibitions
在展会以及客户等公共场合能够专业的展示公司的形象。
maintain and increase marketing activities according the marketing plan

bachelor degree in automation engineering (focused in mechanical or process engineering)
自动化工程专科学历(主要集中在机械或工艺工程)
chinese as native language. english skills would be a big plus.

skilled in ms office (especially in word, powerpoint, excel and outlook)
熟练操作微软办公软件(尤其是word,powerpoint,excel和outlook)
professional experience 专业经验
experience in sales of tailor-made automation solutions (experiences in robotics and in mechanical or/and plastics industries are highly preferred)
有定制自动化解决方案的销售经验(机器人和机械或塑料行业经验者优先考虑)
experience working with international customers
有与国外客户联系的经验
familiar with the customs and practice in dealings with chinese customers
