职位描述：
Areas of responsibility
？Participation in development of production methods and fixtures for new or changed parts.
？Quality planning of PPAP for new and changed parts.
？Responsible for PPAP and prototype deliveries to customer on specified time.
？First-off inspection of production parts.
？Analysis of defects and initiation of preventive and corrective measures.
？Initiate improvements in manufacturing methods, tools and procedures.
？Handling of all quality claims (8D reports) from customers, own production and suppliers.
？PPAP inspection of purchased goods and services.
？Handling of mechanical and chemical test for new material types and new batches of material.
？Communicate with 3rd party regarding quality issues.
？Communicate with 3rd party regarding calibration.
？Responsible for IMDS reporting.

Qualifications
？Mechanical Engineering education or equivalent.
？Good experience in manufacturing industry and manufacturing technologies.
？Knowledge and experience of modern quality management and improvement tools.
？Good knowledge and experience of the APQP process.
？Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Business systems.
？Excellent knowledge in English, verbally and in writing.
？Excellent knowledge in Chinese, verbally and in writing.

吉诺特汽车零部件（昆山）有限公司于2013年８月落户在昆山市花桥镇，固定资产近５，０００万人民币，目前主要为Volvo中国集团提供XC60,S60L等国产新车型提供车身用钣金冲压件，其他客户还包括吉利汽车和Holmbergs等,同时积极开拓国内汽车零配件市场，拓展营业规模。
预计在２０１６年实现 8亿人民币的营业额，　拥有１００名员工，以及３班年产１０Mio件冲压产品的目标。
公司计划在２０１５年初通过ISO9001及TS16949体系审核。

核心技术
1.冲压成型模拟技术分析以防下工序产品起皱，破裂。
2.冲压模具设计模拟分析，保持产品几何公差和稳定。
3.焊接参数控制包括压力，温度以防产品过烧，焊接不牢。
4.机械手臂的运用控制，保证产品质量稳定，提高效率。
5.焊接视频监控的运用，可实现焊接无人模式操作。
