JOB DESCRIPTION:
Area of Personal Recruitment人事招聘:
- 搜索及筛选简历To search the candidates through internet, and feedback to HR Manager;
-Safety and Security, Health Care
- 劳保用品采购Making orders of all garments and clothes, keeping the enough stock (always inform to HR manager)
- 劳保用品发放Distribution of garments and needs to the employees according the internal norm, making notes about the last distribution (documentation kept in Personnel File);
- 劳保用品成本核算Monthly report about costs for safety needs and clothes;

Office Needs办公用品
- 办公用品接受Reception
- 办公室用品采购Making orders of the office needs, keeping stock enough
- 办公室用品成本计算及月报Monthly report of costs to HR Manager
- 工衣采购及更换Arranging preparations or purchase of new furniture according the agreement with HR Manager
Administrative Works行政工作
- 预定酒店，机票，出租车等Arranging Hotel’s reservations, Air tickets, Taxi etc.
- 公司联系簿维护更新Copreci China Contact List update
- 公司保洁指导Cleaning guidance

REQUIREMENTS:要求
? 金融，行政，人事或财会专业毕业 Graduate in Economy/ Administration, Human Resources or fi***ce
? 英语读写流利Chinese, English– high level, especially fluent in Spoken English
? 一年外企相关工作经验At least one yrs working experience in Foreign manufacturing company with equivalent position
? 熟悉劳动法Familiar with Labor Contract law and local relevant regulation.
? 善于解决公司和员工间矛盾With skills to solve the disputation between company and employees.
? 善于分析问题。Analysis capacity. In order to quick identification of the problems and its solutions.
? 善于沟通Negotiation capacity. Being able, if necessary, to reach share decisions.
? 条理清晰，Organisation capacity. Specially order and cleaning in Workshop.
